Qi Gong
Excersises Qigong can be translated as "working with life energy".
Qigong exercises are designed to help you preserve your Jing, strengthen and balance the flow of Qi energy. Its dynamic exercises and meditations have Yin and Yang aspects: The Yin is being it; the Yang is doing it. Yin qigong exercises are expressed through relaxed stretching, visualization, and breathing.
In the so-called external Qigong, the Qi = energy is agitated by slow body movements and imagination-guided breathing techniques, and the flow of energy through the meridians is harmonized. In the so-called inner Qigong, this happens mainly through mental processes and breathing techniques.
Regular practice of Qigong can prevent diseases, symptoms can be alleviated or eliminated if the disease has already occurred.
