Payment and cancellation terms of the hotel

If the client books the stay at least 2 months before the start of the stay, he pays a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay by cashless transfer to the bank account indicated on the deposit invoice issued by the hotel.

If the client books a stay less than 2 months before the start of the stay, he/she pays the specified deposit by non-cash transfer to the bank account indicated on the deposit invoice issued by the hotel, no later than 7 days after the confirmation of the reservation.

General cancellation conditions of Parkhotel Golf Mariánské Lázně, a.s.:

Cancellation of stay:

up to 28 calendar days before the date of arrival - no cancellation fees
28 – 15 calendar days before the day of arrival - cancellation fee in the amount of 30% of the total price of the ordered stay
14 – 07 calendar days before the date of arrival - cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the ordered stay
06 or less calendar days before the date of arrival or non-arrival - cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total price of the ordered stay.

In the event that the client agrees with the reception of Parkhotel Golf Mariánské Lázně, a.s. Parkhotel Golf Mariánské Lázně, a.s. does not charge for the replacement accommodation date, which takes place in the full scope of the original order. no cancellation fees.

Clause:
"Parkhotel Golf Mariánské Lázně, a.s. takes the liberty of notifying the client that in the event of a dispute arising from the services provided by Parkhotel Golf Mariánské Lázně, a.s., the client is entitled to choose an out-of-court settlement of the dispute in accordance with § 20d et seq. Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection, as amended.

The client can submit a proposal for the initiation of an out-of-court settlement of the dispute with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) no later than one (1) year from the day on which he exercised his right, which is the subject of the dispute, with Parkhotel Golf Mariánské Lázně, a.s. first.".
