The 18-hole golf course is situated at the foot of the Slavkovský les forest, 787 m above sea level, most of its part lying in the lowland.

The 18-hole golf course is situated at the foot of the Slavkovský les forest, 787 m above sea level, most of its part lying in the lowland. This course might seem easy to play on, but it comprises of many difficult parts requiring precise playing technique. It is the oldest 18-hole golf course in the Czech Republic, founded by the English King Edward VII. Mariánské Lázně belonged to his favourite places to stay, therefore, he personally founded and opened the golf course on 21st August 1905.
